Lumi Hop Privacy Policy
Who we are
Lumi Hop is published by Lumi Devs, a brand of NEBULA TOMASZ KSEL, Wólka Kłucka 138, 26-080 Wólka Kłucka, Poland (NIP 9591933690, REGON 528158264), which is the controller of the data described below. For any question about this policy, write to ryangeldun@gmail.com.
The short version
Lumi Hop has no accounts, no ads, no analytics and no in-app purchases. The only data that leaves your device is what the global leaderboard needs: the nickname you choose, a random ID of your installation and the distance of your best runs. Nothing else is sent to us or to anyone else.
What is stored on your device
Your progress (scores, records, collected stars, unlocked skins and maps, daily challenge progress and settings) is saved only in the game's storage on your own device. We never receive it. It is deleted when you uninstall the game or clear its data.
Google Play
If you download Lumi Hop from Google Play, Google processes data about that download under the Google Privacy Policy. Google gives us only aggregated statistics, such as the number of installs and anonymous crash reports, which do not identify you.
Website and web version
The website lumihop.com and the browser version of the game are hosted by Vercel Inc. Like any web host, Vercel processes technical data such as your IP address to deliver the pages and keep them secure. The website uses no cookies and no analytics; it only remembers your language choice in your own browser. Apart from the global leaderboard described below, the game sends no data.
Global leaderboard
When a run makes the global Top 100 of a map, the game asks for a nickname. Only if you save one, the game sends: that nickname, a random ID created on your device (it is not linked to your name, phone number, email or advertising ID), the map, the distance and the duration of the run. Your nickname and best distance are then shown to all players in the Top 100. Your IP address is used for at most one hour to stop spam and cheating, and is not stored with your entry.
We process this data to run the leaderboard you choose to join (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and to keep it fair (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). It is stored by our hosting providers Vercel Inc. and Upstash Inc., which act on our behalf under data processing agreements, including standard contractual clauses where data leaves the EU. Entries stay on the leaderboard until we remove them. To have your entry deleted, write to us with your nickname and map. We remove nicknames that are offensive or reported by other players.
Sharing your score
If you tap SHARE, the score image and text are handed to the app you choose (for example a messenger). We do not receive them.
Age
Lumi Hop is intended for players aged 13 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. Please do not use your real name as a nickname.
Your rights
For the leaderboard data described above, you have the right to access, correct or delete it and to object to its processing. Write to us to use these rights. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority (in Poland: Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych).
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and its effective date.
Reporting illegal content
To report a nickname or other content on the leaderboard that you consider illegal, tap it in the game to report it, or write to ryangeldun@gmail.com (our point of contact under the EU Digital Services Act; we answer in English and Polish). We review every report; if you wrote to us by email, we tell you what we decided.
Google Play
Strona internetowa i wersja przeglądarkowa
Globalny ranking
Gdy bieg łapie się do globalnego Top 100 mapy, gra prosi o nick. Tylko jeśli go zapiszesz, gra wysyła: ten nick, losowe ID utworzone na twoim urządzeniu (niepowiązane z imieniem, numerem telefonu, e-mailem ani identyfikatorem reklamowym), mapę, dystans i czas trwania biegu. Twój nick i najlepszy dystans widzą potem wszyscy gracze w Top 100.
Przetwarzamy te dane, żeby prowadzić ranking, do którego sam dołączasz (art. 6 ust. 1 lit. b RODO), i dbać o jego uczciwość (art. 6 ust. 1 lit. f RODO). Żeby usunąć swój wpis, napisz do nas, podając nick i mapę.
Wiek
Sprawdzamy każde zgłoszenie; jeśli napisałeś do nas mailem, informujemy o decyzji.
